Hi,

There is nothing to worry it is due to acid reflux and due to psychological apprehensions you feel like that.

Take Lansoprazole. You can also take syrup of Digene.

Also, I advise to stop smoking, reduce intake of coffee, citrus foods and carbonated beverages and sleep well at night. You will relieve in a couple of weeks.

If after that symptoms continue then report to the emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
